Panic attack causes an individual to be frightful and shameful. It is as if they are always asking for another attack, because they cannot get it out of their minds. These individuals don't even know when and where their next panic attack will take place. Some of them do not even leave their houses, because they are too scared to be everybody's laughing stock if they have an anxiety attack in public. Because of that, we should all be aware of panic attacks causes.

Are you one of them? Are you always ashamed and doubtful? Do not worry, because I will talk about panic attack from a different point of view, to guide you in your battle against this dreaded disorder.

What causes panic attacks? It is mainly stress and anxiety. However, once you already get panic attacks in a regular basis, you will notice that the causes are starting to become very random. For example, it can be as major as getting laid off from a job; or as miniscule as given a coffee that is simply not hot enough.

Or is it really? Studies suggest that, although the reasons may be very shallow in the exterior, there lies an emotion so much deeper than what our eyes can see. Those deeply hidden emotions could be cause an unprecedented stress. What is scarier is the fact that the person, who is experiencing panic attacks, may not even be aware of these hidden feelings.

Or does the weight of the causes really change over time? Many individuals believe that the triggering factors for panic attacks also have their own causative factors. That means there is a more profound reason for them. What is worse is the reality that many of these people do not have the slightest idea that at in their sub consciousness, there lays issues that they have not settled.

Why is it important to be aware of the possibility of having unknown and unresolved personal issues? It is important in order for you to look at your condition from a different angle. This will make you look in to and examine yourself for whatever is bothering you.

How to do it? If you are not willing to get help from a specialist, then this will require a great amount of concentration. Just ease your mind and recall everything that you have been through, from childhood up to the present, and pinpoint what bothers you the most. Because there are a lot of panic attacks causes, this therapy will help you string them all together.
