well, this also speaks volumes about the recruitment process. i mean if the recruitment process is solely based on previous work experience documents, it deserves this. I'm sure all these companies have interviewed the engineer and would have asked him about his experiences. do you think it is possible to fake knowledge? If the companies were not looking for knowledge and the interviewers were so gullible, probably the job may not require that much of experience.

please do not misunderstand me. i'm not supporting this faking engineer. but one should also consider carefully what one is looking for in a candidate.
