But the thing is either you are utilizing your leadership in a right way or not. Simply having a higher rank than others is not a matter. If you are in charge than make it visible through your actions that you are making the right use of your leadership qualities.

Distribute the work among your employees and work as a team, you being the representative of that team. This will not only help you get your task completed quickly but also involve everyone to work simultaneously. Never put burden to any one employee when other can also contribute in it.
