If you want to become a Neonatal Nursing, you must get a nursing degree from an accredited program. It is even better if you gain the Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. You also need to have more than two certifications at least the following: Neonatal Resuscitation Provider, Neonatal Nurse Practitioner, or Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing.
