Could this be the end of your health problems?

I am 69 years old, for the last 13 years I have been suffering from brain trauma, chest complaints, and skin cancer. When my neurologist, lung and my skin cancer specialists told me medical science cannot do anything more for me, I was so sad, what could I do? What would be the rest of my life?
