subject: The Effectiveness Homeopathic HCG Can Give Is Dependent On The Various Dieters [print this page]

Why have we been discussing seasonings and different protein choices approved on the HCG program and putting them all together to make yummy foods in the last couple articles? It's because the effectiveness homeopathic HCG can give regarding weight loss depends almost entirely on you, as the dieter. You have to be able to stick to the rules to make the most of the weight loss potential of the program.

In order to feel the effectiveness homeopathic HCG is offering...you have to feel satisfied. Feeling satisfied makes you far minimal likely to break the rules in an attempt to get satisfaction. And the easiest way to feel satisfied on the diet is to not feel that you are being deprived. So how do you keep from feeling deprived? You make positive that the foods that you are eating are very, very good.

We already discussed which seasonings are the best choices when trying to accent either chicken or beef. And then we went on to discuss the benefits of the surprising addition of buffalo to the HCG program's approved protein lists. We also discussed why the addition of buffalo to the list of lean proteins approved on the diet shouldn't actually surprise us at all.

Now the discussion becomes...what do we do with that very healthy buffalo meat? How should we prepare it? What seasonings should we use on it? Most of us wouldn't have any idea where to start when it comes to preparing a home prepared chunk of buffalo.

Here are a few pointers.

1. How do you prepare it? The same way you would prepare beef.

2. People tend to overcook buffalo because it cooks faster then beef. This is because it has less fat.

3. Where do you purchase buffalo? You can usually get it at specialty food item stores. A lot of supermarkets will have buffalo "burgers" for sale. It is not as readily "available" as beef is, but it can be had. Many purchase online and have it shipped to their doorstep.

4. You can get buffalo meat two ways: fresh or frozen. Frozen is the best option as long as it is vacuum packed (this gives it a shelf life up to 1 year in the freezer and you don't have to worry about freezer burn). It can be hard to find a dependable local distributor, but if you have one then lucky you! You can absolutely buy fresh buffalo.

So...if you've never attempted it...you should! I am positive that I'll be adding it to my grocery list if for no other reason than to see what all the fuss is about. It's healthier? It's better tasting? Well...then why the heck haven't I heard more about it? I need as many "health" bonuses as I can get!
