Even if you have a busy office job, you can still work some simple non-equipment exercises into your daily routine. Exercises like push ups, free lunges, chin ups, stair climbing, walking during your lunch can go along way towards keeping that metabolism working. If you dont have time to go to a gym then Kettle bells are a fantastic way to get great exercises. They provide a fantastic allover body workout and and the variety of routines is almost endless. Try to get at least 2 20 minute fast paced jogging sessions per week also. Natural running is much more beneficial than using treadmill.
