subject: Lake County Chevrolet Dealership Looking Forward To The 2012 Camaro [print this page]

Chevy dealers in Lake County: start your engines. The summer is here and everyone is looking to drop the top, get some sun and let the wind run through their hair. Chicagoland is a fantastic place to be in the summer (even though the winters here are like an as yet unnamed circle of hell), and summer is a fantastic time to have a convertible, especially one that roars and purrs with the best of them. Everyone has heard of the Chevy Camaro, and spy shots emerging on the internet have informed us that enthusiasts of the Camaro are in store for a quality, sporty and high-performing ride when they visit their Lake County Chevrolet dealership next year.

It isnt too early to start thinking about it, either. Hell, this summer has only just started and Im already planning out next summer. One of my plans includes test-driving and possibly purchasing the next iteration of the Chevy Camaro, due out some time next year. Pre-production shots of the new Camaro have hit the internet, leaving Chevy dealers in Lake County clambering for more. The soft top is down as the new vehicle careens through Michigan, a sleek black unit on the road to dreams. The quality of the picture is pretty good for having been caught on a camera phone. Your Lake County Chevrolet dealership is pretty excited to hear that the Camaro Convertible is supposedly hitting U.S. showrooms by next April, a rumor begun by the driver of the test car and confirmed by GM officials.

It looks like the convertible version of the 2012 Camaro will get a simple cloth top that retracts on electric power and features small quarter windows in the back. Chevy dealers in Lake County werent surprised to find out that the vehicle will be offered in the same V6 and V8 powertrains as the coupe model, because if it aint broke, dont fix it, right? The Camaro Convertible will also be making its way to European shores, which shows that the brand has a lot of faith in this model. Ill definitely be getting behind the wheel of one at my Lake County Chevrolet dealership when they drop next year. It looks like Chevy might be back with a vengeance starting this year.

Until then, you can always check out some other Camaro models. My guess is there are plenty left from the 2008-09 sales years, when GM was trying to dig itself out of bankruptcy with the help of the federal government. With a newfound focus on smaller cars, GM seems to be moving towards todays industry standard and some serious improvements in the manufacturers product offerings. With the sun shining and the weather beginning to get beautiful, now is the time to start looking into the awesomeness of the convertible driving experience. Youll be happy you did when youre cruising down the highway with the wind in your hair and the sun on your face. Dont believe me? Go test-drive a Camaro for yourself.
