The European Court of Justice's Advocate General has mentioned that the EU's planning to restrict the rules of trades of nutrional supplements such as vitamins across the globe. In the United States,nutrional supplements are described in Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994 (DSHEA), as a product which is made for the diet containing vitmain a , mineral, an herb and other botanical , an amino acid ,a concentrate, metabolite, constituent, extract, and other things. Many nutrional supplements are also intended for ingestion of pills, capsules, tablets, powder, and liquid forms etc. consumers should also remember that nutrional supplement should not be considered as conventional food as are the sole item of meal and diet in the life of a person.
