subject: Two Steps To Rock Hard Abs [print this page]

Everyone you meet theses days seem to dream of hard abs or that perfect six pack. Everyone wants to obtain that flat stomach or hard abs. The plain truth is that to obtain those ripped abs you might want to first take a toned stomach. How can you get a 6 pack in the event you have a beer or bubbly belly?

"Step One - How Do I Get That Flat Stomach?"

Getting that flat stomach is definetly the most difficult part when trying to perform a 6 pack. that's because because burning fat is much more difficult than building muscle and achieving hard abs. The fact that most foods inside the supermarkets today are full of harmfull fats makes loosing that belly fat really difficult. This is where most people fail. They are unknowingly sabotaging their efforts with harmful processed food from supermarkets. It's not their fault, these foods are being shoved us daily by slick marketing gurus.

Burning off the lard and getting a flat stomach would be the part where a strict diet is necessary. The important part is usually to make sure that you are burning off more fat with your daily exercise routines than you are using, and you are eating healthy foods that don't hold the added saturated fats in them. Simply by sticking to a strict monitored diet for 4 - 6 weeks you could possibly notice huge differences and better yet you could possibly start to make good habits that you wont want to change.

You would be amazed by how easily you can easily break bad habits by simply making a pact to stop the habit for only 2-3 weeks. Focus is key. Keep your desired goal in mind whatsoever times and you could possibly get there. Make a commitment to obtain hard abs and use that success to change whatever you may need in life.

"Step 2, Getting those Hard Abs"

When your stomach is rid of all of that excess fat after your simple exercise routines and and a functional diet, you now hold the foundation in place to start building those muscles. Muscles are built and refined through a breakdown and repairing process. once you work out, you are training your muscle tissue and inside the process they succumb to tiny rips that they have to repair, and every time they repair one of these rips they are doubling it in size because of scar tissue. This training process makes your muscle tissue stronger and helps you get "hard abs". Bet you never knew this. Interesting is'nt it.

OK, before you start doing all those ab lounges and crunches it is best to realize that they only play a tiny role in getting ripped abs. The truth is that all over body exercises for instance squats, kettle bells, extreme cardio for instance sprinting would be the key to getting a good six pack. Most people make the mistake of focusing on their core when building abs. This is a bad mistake. Single point focus exercises have been proven to be more harmful than good when bodybuilding. The body works best when it is used a single unit with many muscles working togther and supporting each other.
