subject: 2010 The Year Chicago Will Want To Forget [print this page] No matter what side of the argument you are on in the debate as to the Bears, everyone has an opinion as to what the season holds in store for the team. There are those that will say that the team is looking to have a great year, while others say that this will be a horrible year for the team.
The reason that the Broncos are responsible is cause of Jay Cutler. We are all familiar with this crybaby from Denver. He then became the problem of Chicago. Ever since the trade the team went downhill and suffered a heritable fate as a result of not having any real talent in the quarterback position.
It is hard to take a team that had so much promise and hopefulness and then watch it all go away with the arrival of Jay Cutler. This is exactly what happened and the team has not been the same ever since. There is little hope that the team will be able to make a recovery when it comes to the 2010 season.
Jay Cutler will have the same kind of bang up success that he had in Denver, this will be one of the low points of the Bears 2010 season, there will also be low attendance to come and see Cutler whine about the Bears and how they are not being fair to him.
With regard to running, there will be a lot to cheer for, as the running game will be in place and as a result will be as solid as many can be. There will be a lot of success in the regards of returning the ball on kickoff returns. This is where the team has had a lot of success and in the end this will be the basis of the teams running game.
The Bears schedule is one of the tougher that is in the NFL, the Bears will have a tough season in order to beat the opponents on their schedule. If the team is going to have a chance at getting to the Super Bowl, then the team will need to make sure that they work the tapes and study all the weakness that their opponents will have.
The draft was like Christmas morning for the team, there was a list of Draft players they were looking for, and as a result the team was able to get the runners up that they were hoping for. This will be a key element in the rebuilding of the team and as a result these players will need to have a lot more involvement in the offense of the team.
Last season's attendance was less than it had been in previous seasons. These fans were not as excited as they should have been. Hopefully this season will be a different story when the team takes to the field this season. If the performance of the team is less than what you were hoping it would be, then just remember to blame the Denver Broncos.
