Carrying the certificate from a renowned college can land the student to a well paid and prosperous job opportunity or can be the direct ladder to the start of a successful career. These are generally the notions carried by the students, these days, whose main aim is to grab a job worth lacs and which works as the shortest route towards his success. Most of the students these days, are dependent on their parents money for doing anything, whether its buying a cloth or earning an education degree from a renowned college. Nobody is interested in investing his calibre to get the best of the results.
It is said, what we see outside, is not necessary to be the same inside. Same ways, when a student says, that he has degree from a prestigious college, so it does not necessarily means that the student is very intelligent or the born genius that he is able to crack the admission tests of such renowned colleges. There are many MBA, IT, medicine or arts college in India, which provide admission to students on the basis of their talent and the knowledge possessed by them. The entrance tests conducted by these colleges are difficult enough to check the knowledge standards of the students and to make them aware of the difficulty level they need to face in the higher educational courses. These are surely the criterias on the basis of which, a student gets admission, but there are some seats in the colleges which can be captured by the students on the basis of money. Those are the paid seats, which are in the hands of the management committee of the college, as in to whom they want to give those respective seats. The funds collected from the filling of these seats are invested towards the betterment of the college, to let the other students make themselves aware of the latest developments in the country.
Therefore, one can say, that students passing from a renowned college is not always the best mind of the society. Also, clearing the entrance test of the college is not the only thing to be done by the student. The student also needs to be very regular and actively present in the daily activities of the college. He needs to be intelligent enough to grasp the daily lessons well and implement them in their practical lives. The students from all the arenas of the society, come together and study, which constitutes the environment of a college, preserving and maintaining which lies totally in the hands of the student. Therefore a student must also possess talent in terms of the capability to manage and execute things well, team management is a skill, which the student not only learns to implement in his work life, but, he also needs to imply those things, at times in the college itself.
Therefore, its not always the tag of the college, which decides the intelligence and the knowledge possessed by the student. The student in himself also needs to be talented enough to go ahead in his life, without the tag of his college. He should not be dependent on the name of his college to earn the future opportunities to succeed in his career. Though, this statement is contradictory, for the students, who clear the entrance examinations of the most reputed colleges of India, just on the basis of their hard- work. But, the students belonging to the later categories have somehow created hurdles in the success route of the genius students and have created a double meaning to their existence.
