subject: Esl Los Angeles: Stay And Learn [print this page]

ESL Los Angeles is a course at the PICE institution that enables students from Korea, Spain, Russia, India, Japan, and others to get to know the nuances of the English language so as to be able to relate to their real life situations with ease. This course combines four parts of learning like writing, reading, listening and speaking to build vocabulary and give students an insight into the English language.

The institution has a number of features that cater to the well being of students during their stay here. It might not be possible for all the students to gain access to PG establishments or host mother houses and it is for these students that PICE has started the dormitory feature so as to give students a taste of a home away from home. The ESL Los Angeles course is not very taxing and it combines a lot of fun and enjoyment along with the curriculum thanks to the staff of the institution that go out of their way to see that no stone is left unturned when the well being and hospitality of their charges is concerned.

The PICE dormitory is well equipped with modern amenities that every student needs to have, like a TV, fridge, utilities like gas and electricity as well as appliances like ovens and laundry machines. However, to avail of this facility students have to apply for this dormitory status when they are enrolling themselves for the ESL Los Angeles course.

Additional features that are available in the dormitory facility are furniture, Wi-Fi, cable TV as well as linen and curtains. The rental fee is divided into two categories: Single person and room shared by two. The single room attracts a rent of $600 as compared to a room shared by two which attracts a rent of $450. The deposit needs to be paid before moving in and rules and regulations need to be specifically followed to avoid any untoward incidents. Smoking in the dormitories is prohibited and overnight guests arent permitted. Activities should not to disturb the other occupants of the building and roommates.
