The Nokia 6300 has been around in the market for quite some time and has been very popular. The phone is basically a GSM only phone with a tri-band reception. The handset comes in a mono-block or slab design and is one of the lightest handsets from Nokia with a weight of just 91 grams. Very sleek and handy, the phone comes in a stainless steel chassis that gives it a very distinctive look. Apart from SMS and MMS, messaging facility is also available in the form of Email and Instant Messaging.

This simple yet elegant looking device, called the Nokia 6300, also packs in a decent 2 mega pixel camera with a resolution of 1600x1200 pixels. The camera takes clear and decent quality photos except when in low-light condition. Video recording is also available in QCIF mode. The phone also doubles up as a good multimedia player. The media player can comfortably playback files of MP3, MP4, AAC, AAC+ and eAAC+ formats. To add up to the entertainment quotient of the phone, it also includes a stereo FM radio with visual radio facility.

The Nokia 6300 is presently available in attractive looking colors of Silver, Black, Red-Silver and White-Silver. The other prominent that have been made available in this exquisite handset are Push to talk, Voice memo, Voice command, Speaker phone and an Organizer.
