Seeing a film during Christmas holiday has been a new tradition of American families. Some of these movies has stood the test of time, following I'll give a favorite list of mine. Love Actually (2003)
It's especially composed with ten separated stories. But almost all the characters of these stories showed to be linked in some way. Also you can find a lot of celebrities of England. For example, Bill Nighy act as the aging pop star; Golden Globe Award owner Hugh John act as the prime minister; and Mr. Darcy of Pride and Prejudice(the 1995 television adaption)-Colin Firth in this film. There's also a comedian Rowan Atkinson who is most famous for his portrayal of Mr. Bean. The plot of this film was in the background of five weeks before Christmas in London and showed different aspects of love.
It's a Wonderful Life (1947)
If you really love older films, It's a Wonderful Life will take you back to the old days. It was released in 1947 and still moving even in today. With the help of a guardian angel poor George Bailey could get back into the holiday spirit in Christmas Eve. It always inspires you when you feel hopeless of life.
A Christmas Story (1983)
The plot revolves around Ralphie, portrayed by marvelous child actor Peter Billingsley, overcame a numerous obstacles to get the glorious Red Ryder air rifle. The film is based on the author Jean Shepherd's stories and has become a Christmas classic during this holiday season. It has shown countless times on television. You couldn't miss it.
