With every order of fast food meals it instantly comes with a cup of soda or any carbonated drinks. But did you know that these kinds of drinks are the usual culprit behind bloating and gas? It also has high level of sugar that can upset the normal level of glucose in the blood. Politely ask if you can have it replaced with an order of water instead. This type of refreshment is beneficial of cleansing and detoxifying the system and when taken before meals dieters feel full easier and would not subject themselves in over consumption of foods.

Go for more greens. If you can ask that your sandwich have extra toppings of vegetables it would be beneficial of the much needed nutrition that this green food positively supplies. Instead of those greasy French fries you can opt for a serving of vegetable salad instead. As for the dressing, the simpler the better. Anyways, vegetables are already tasty as they are and would not need to be prompted by too much dressings or even garnishing.
