2. Emotional Freedom Techniques Don't Work.
Writing the above statement actually seems like a fib. Emotional Freedom Techniques do work and they work on every occasion. The real statement should be EFT doesn't work because you don't always know that it is working. This is why before doing a round of EFT, rate yourself, 1-10 on how intense the problem you are feeling is. After several rounds of tapping are you still EFTing on exactly the same issues as when you began? Or has it changed? Is the emotion in a different, location, has its size and intensity changed. After tapping, take your emotional intensity score again.
3. Emotional Freedom Techniques Is Not a Magic Bullet.
With Emotional Freedom Techniques you can have immediate relief. On other occasions it can be like like you have to go round the houses to get to the root cause of what you are experiencing or why you do not have something in your life that you want.
Likewise, even though Emotional Freedom Techniques always work, it quite often seem not to work for you because it isn't the one thing you can put your finger on as to how and why they have now begun behaving differently.
4. EFT Is Too difficult To Do And Learn

In fact you can have massive success just tapping on the meridian points and feeling the emotion that you want to dissolve.
