You want a business partner who is a winner and is willing to do the work. Someone who will get the job done
2. Smile when you are on the phone and have fun!! You should always keep a mirror on your desk and look at yourself make sure yo are smiling. Have the right attitude of "I am a success" and I don't need anyone's approval!! Keeping the mirror by the phone really works. You will discover yourself with a very serious expression on your face when beginning to call your Prospects, and when you catch yourself and see your facial expression you say to yourself, Oh, I'm not smilin . Then you will smile and you will feel the energy in your body shift to a happier place. And you will knowit's time to call! It truly works!

5. You have to be yourself Listen to what your prospect are telling you, get to know your potential business partner. You are buildiong a relationship and a friendship so pay attention to what is key to them. They will eventually sell themselves on choosing a better path for their lives.
6. Build Trust - You are creating a relationship and building trust. You will learn this skill and you will like this more because you will be learning and caring about your prospect, and their needs and then you will be able to assist them in changing their future. (Purchase 1000 cheap leads and start calling and practice so that you get good at theses skills)
7. You have to keep in mind This is a sorting process and you will find the best people They either have the aspiration and the motivation to learn new skills to succeed or they won't. It really does not matter. It only matter that you know who you are looking for and who you want to work with.
8. This is a big one. DO NOT get emotionally involved to the consequences. You are. This will happen just keep doing it. If you get attached to the results you will go on an emotions roller coaster. This is business and lif, some days will be better than others.
9. You want to stay in control conversation by asking all the questions. When you are asking the questions you are in control of the game. If you are the one doing all the talking, you are selling and telling and you are losing the game. You want to be asking the questions and then, LISTEN to the reply, take notes, and be interested in what the person is saying. You must be directing the conversation and believe me people will sell themselves on their dream. Get them to talk about their dream. You want ot get to know this person and what they are looking for. Don't make them feel like they are a number you will lose them.
