Flat Abs we all strive to get those flat abs that we see in the movies on the actresses that all the guys are drooling over. I know what you are thinking, they must do crunches in their sleep to get abs like that. Well they dont get abs like that without making some changes in their life, so here a just a couple things that you can do to get the abs that the men will drool over.

Posture this is one of the first things that you will want to correct to get you on your way to those flat abs. Align your posture seems too simple, but without a correct posture it will be just that much harder to get flat abs. The key to a correct posture is alignment of your spine keep your ears over your shoulders, shoulder over your hips, hips over your knees, knees over your ankles, and finally keep your weight evenly distributes on the balls of your heels. It seems too simple, but it is too easy to become humped over which creates a very bad posture to promote flat abs.

Whole Body Exercises dont forget about the rest of your muscles in an effort to get your flat abs. If you solely focus on the abs, you will be disappointed with your results. In order to get the best results for your abs, you must focus on all of your core muscles. Focus on whole body exercise routines to include your back, glutes, legs as well as your abs. Only by involving all of your core muscle groups will you be able to move toward the results flat abs!

A couple exercises that focus on your core muscles groups are

Canoe Trist Stand upright, feet apart, and interlace your fingers. Exhale as you sweep your interlocked hands, arms, shoulders and chest toward the left, as if you are rowing a canoe while you bring your left knee up and to the right. Inhale and return to your original standing position. Then repeat this same action to the right. Repeat these motions a minimum of 20 times to get a solid workout of your core muscle groups.

The Cat Kick stand with your feet together and your arms out to your sides like an airplane. Exhale while raising your right leg straight out in front of you and bring your arms together and outstretched rounding your spine like a cat. Inhale and return to your original position. Repeat the motion using your left leg. Repeat this set of alternating motions for 20 times and really get some results.

Examine your diet. If you dont manage your diet, then it doesnt matter if you have abs of steel if you hidden behind extra belly fat. You really must look at your diet carefully. The general rule is to move more and eat less burn more calories than you take in. Keep away from the fast food, processed packaged foods and use deserts as a treat, not an everyday occurrence. Simple things like preparing quick easy meals from scratch and getting your normal portions in half will help eliminate that extra belly fat and show off those flat abs that your are creating.

So you stick with it keep your goals realistic. Dont think that you can be a model after a couple weeks. Make realistic visual goals like moving down a size in your jeans within the first month. Creating unrealistic goals is what prevents most people from keeping with it and realizing their goals.

The other most common mistake is trying to do too much too fast. Especially if you are not already active, you can easily injure yourself by trying to do too much when you body is not ready for it. Not only can it injure yourself, it will also lead to quitting and not getting the flat abs that you want.

So with that said getting the flat abs that all the men drool over when you enter the room is possible. Create realistic goals, building a correct posture, focus on whole body exercises and build a better diet so before you know it the abs that you are looking for will start appearing before your eyes.
