2010 Nebraska Cornhuskers: BCS College Football Predictions

The defense must fill the huge void left by the departure of All American Ndamukong Suh, who anchored a unit that allowed just 10 points per game and held Texas to 13 points in the title game. Recruiting has been strong and Pelini is a defensive expert so no real drop-off is expected. Senior kicker Alex Henry returns after winning 2nd team Big 12 honors for hitting 24-28 on field goals. Niles Paul is a breakaway threat as a kick returner. The schedule sets up very well for Nebraska with their toughest North Division rival Missouri at home and a revenge rematch with hated Texas at home as well. Nebraska will leave the Big 12 for the Big Ten after this season and could go out on top!
