It may not be that you have Broke PC, rather you may need to reset the circuit breaker in your closet.
Move your Broke PC to another power outlet and plug it in to see if it comes on. If not, then you know for certain you have a problem inside of your system. If you get no noise, no lights, no sounds, or any indication that your PC will turn on, then you have problem with your Power Supply.
The Power Supply is located in the rear on the PC. It is where you plug the other end of the Power cable that you plug into the Wall Outlet. In most cases it will have 4 screws, one on each corner of the Power Supply on your PC. First disconnect the Power Cable, open the case(PC CPU) and disconnect all the cables connected to the Power Supply in your PC Hard Drive case.
Once removed note that specifications (Numbers) on your PC Power Supply and jot them down. You will need them when you go searching for you new one. Look for the Watts and Type of your unit. When purchasing another, try to get the same Model or something comparable.
When you get your new Power Supply, replace it just the way you removed it from your current PC.
