Green Bay showed marked improvement on defense last year and Aaron Rodgers has developed into a top shelf quarterback as Favre's replacement. The Bears were a disappointment at 7-9 straight up in NFL betting odds last year but better things are expected for 2010 as Jay Cutler will be in his second year at quarterback with quarterback guru Mike Martz joining the staff to bring some much needed creativity to the offense. While the Packers and Vikings will garner the most public attention the Bears just may be the best value as a potential sleeper team in the entire field.
