The real problem is an amino acid called homocysteine. It causes a reaction in the liver, modifies LDL which then becomes toxic for cells in the arteries. This modified LDL is highly toxic and can cause severe damage in the artery cells. This is the beginning of arteriosclerosis. This is something Everyone should know about? Luckily homocysteine is easy to lower and this change only can reverse atherosclerosis and lower LDL levels too. Vitamins B6, B12 and folic acid is the only thing you need. Thats all. Do you have any idea why we have no clue about this? There is no way to patent vitamins and sell them exclusively (as it happens with synthetic drugs) and this is the problem for pharmaceutical companies! Statins, as any other drug developed by a pharmaceutical company, are patented and only the producing company has the rights to sell it and of course keep 100% of the profits!
This is such a beautiful story, isnt it? We could just take simple, over the counter vitamins but instead doctors prescribe super toxic drugs that destroy multiple organs in our body. There comes a moment when logic is lost and what really matters is profit, profit, profit. This moment has come for all of us and we better do something now.
