5) Sit upright. Now bend your head (while sitting) as if your face is facing the ceiling. Now drag your lower lip above your upper lip and your upper lip above your lower lip. Do this to a count of 10-15.

6) Stay in whichever position you are and start moving your mouth like youre chewing something. Do this daily for at least a minute and do it in complete solitude otherwise youll look a little odd to people watching.

These were some of the most famous exercises for toning and shaping your face. Other than these you should inject the following habits into your daily lifetime. Drink plenty of water and milk, it is really good for you and protects your face from pimples and provides you with a lot of vitamins.

Apart from these face exercises, do some aerobics and general exercises meant to trim the whole body. Furthermore you should eat foods that require more energy to chew them. These include meat, apples, sugar-free chewing gums, corn and many such things.
