This is the grossest, nastiest and ugliest word ever. DOUBT. We all hate it, but why do we insist on keeping it alive in our minds? How do we overcome our negative thoughts? Doubt certainly doesn't make you a positive person and it affects everyone around you. It's stressful, fearful and time consuming.

People are attracted to smiling faces and those who have great personalities. Think of the people you like in your life; chances are they are positive people.

In order to succeed with anything you need to squash that word and focus on the positive and overcome your negative thoughts. If you're dwelling on the negative then your brain will not have room to think of the positive things in your life. Hang around positive energy people, it is contagious and will help you become a more positive person.

So how do we get rid of doubt altogether? How can I squash those feelings that consume my brain from time to time and make me feel uneasy?

1) Think of positive things in your life

2) Every piece of doubt has 2 sides, think of the positive side, challenge it and work from there

3) Remember that you are wasting time when you are thinking about negative things

Overcoming your negative thoughts and doubt will take some time to get rid of negative feelings. Start practicing turning your negative thoughts into positive ones. Before you know it, you will have trained your brain into knowing how to fight doubt and it will happen automatically.
