The first mistake people make is they make a list of 100 people. Then they start pitching their business to their list. People do not care about your business. Stop pitching them. The first thing to do is build a good list. Not just make a list. Then build a relationship with that list. Your friends are your friends, not your customers. Stop pitching them. They are tired of being sold.
Why not try to build a list of people who are not your friends or family? You do not have enough friends and famliy to make you rich. Make another list.
Get an attraction marking system. This is your dream not your friends or family's dream
If your lead supply dries up then you are out of business. Once your leads dry up, you get angry and quit and blame the system or other people. The first circle they draw is you. Why, because if you dont do anything, then you are out of business. So build it to last. When people ask for information on what you are doing do not try to sell them. They are just asking questions and do not want to be sold on your business. Let them ask the questions. If they ask what you are doing then tell them about your flagship product. If they want to know how to join they will ask. Stop trying to sell them.
Build a list and then start building a relationship with that list. Get to know people. Get a mentor and follow what the leaders are doing. It is a sad fact but 97% of the people that join a business fail. They fail because of lack of training. When you got your first job did they throw you to the sharks or did they train you first? Most network marketers have little or no training, but they expect to get great results. Nettwork marketing is a business system. You have to study it to be successful. Do your work and research what leaders are doing in the industry. Then follow what the leaders are doing.
