Flab belly is not just an eye sore every time you walk past a mirror or step on a scale, but it is also dangerous as well because a flab belly causes stress on the heart and is linked to all types of problems such as heart attacks, strokes, and diabetes.

Two main causes of this is overeating and stress, and the sad part is that most people that are going though stressful times they tend to overeat as a way to feel better. Now this does work temporary and you will feel better at the moment but after you come out of those stressful times you are often depress due to weight gain. And depression or just not feeling good about ourselves again, what makes us feel better? our favorite place to eat.

For many people this is a vicious cycle that often last a lifetime. The average American puts on 10 pounds per year after leaving high school, in ten years that means your body, heart, and bones are being force to pick up and carry 100 extra pounds of flab that was never meant to be there. Although some people would say they were meant to be heavy or overweight, please do not fall into this trap and begin thinking that flab cam not be beat, because it can be wiped out naturally.

With the proper diet that you can live with, without having to starve yourself and cheat then feel like you failed yourself. Along with the moderate exercise program that does not start you off to fast and make you do sprints when you are not ready or makes you spend your hard earned money by going out and sign up for a 2 or 3 year contract for some gym. This can and should all be done in the privacy of your own home.
