My final reason for loving Pikachu is how it wants to show it's just as strong as its evolved form Raichu. This has been seen in a couple of episodes where Pikachu manages to kicks its evolved form's butt. I think that is just amazing as not to many Pokmon have done that in the anime let alone more that once. Another thing to note about Pikachu is that it can learn the moves Fly and Surf which is something no other Electric Pokmon can do. In conclusion I think Pikachu has been overlooked way to much in the past and I think it's time to embrace the Pokmon that made the franchise what it is today.
