This may help to drop some pounds but its usually only a temporary way to lose fat. Gain muscle by choosing exercises that are enjoyable. Remember that gyms will be excellent for some people but not for others. Some individuals will enjoy simply walking around the neighborhood more often and others will love taking up a fencing class or even visiting a skate park.
