I tend to drink more Green tea in the winter - probably because I prefer it warm. But you can drink it cold. Simply pour cold water over your green tea. Or if you have time, pour hot water over and wait until it gets cold (or add ice). Green Ice tea is delicious and nutritious.

For some reason, tea is particularly good for mouth health - making teeth stronger, helping bad breath. It could be the antioxidants. Or it could be the antibacterial properties of tea and green tea. It could just be the drinking of the liquid. It keeps the mouth clean. Green Tea helps bones so it is natural that it should help teeth.

The kidneys are major organs involved in filtering and eliminating toxins from the body and preserving electrolytes and water. The correct performance of these functions is essential to life and critical to health and wellbeing. Green tea can help support the health of the essential organs. Research has shown that every cup of tea consumed daily progressively enhanced the maintaince of healthy kidney function.
