Every woman faces this stage in their life wherein they have to fight with the symptoms of menopause. Menopause and menopause symptoms are a mid- life crisis which in most cases happens as late as 50 years. Menopause can be understood by observing the menstrual cycle very carefully. It is an abnormality or lack of regularity that would be noticeable almost every month if menopause is going to happen.
Medically if a woman stops chumming for a year continuously then it is menopause. The symptoms of which are bound to be visible in the previous year. But several variations in menopause symptoms have been noted today which will be briefly discussed in the following sections.
Perimenopause and its symptoms
Due to the adverse changes taking place in nature and also that swift change that marks our lifestyle today getting menopause at an early age is nothing to worry about. It is natural to have premature or perimenopause.
Talking about the perimenopausal symptoms and menopause the most common symptoms that draws our attention are night sweats, hot flashes, nausea, vaginal dryness etc. it is quite relevant during this time to face a change in your cycle with a variation from no flow to very less or very heavy flow.
The other menopause symptoms especially hot flashes are accompanied by dizziness, heating up of upper body and release of sweat which happening at night is called night sweats. But only getting help with these symptoms is not everything there are other sides to menopause also which I wish to discuss below.
Pre menopause and its symptoms
It is much before menopause that the symptoms of menopause keep lurking in. it is termed as the pre menopause symptoms. Almost eight years before the beginning of menopause the pre menopausal symptoms giving in a signal of the menopausal symptoms are what keep recurring. Erratic flow during the menstrual cycle, cramps, clots, and dizziness are all symptoms which mark the final closure of the menstrual cycle by signing out with the menopause.
But then also it is not always possible to group in the symptoms so easily as all women do not have the same kind of flow, they do not have the same kind of experience as long as the menstrual cycle and its closure is concerned. Every woman has specific needs and thus varies the experience that they come across as per as menopause is concerned.
Not only the physical symptoms but also the psychological symptoms as well which comes during this times are also quite troublesome. A woman starts feeling reproductively inactive during this time. But having normal sexual life after menopause is not a problem. So the best way to deal with menopause is to keep that smile on your face and relax through all the menopausal symptoms and don't let them get heavy on you.
