subject: Forget About Nervous Exams: Find Out A New Way To Pass Them. [print this page]

For many students exams are something that scares stiff and leaves only negative connotations. It is certainly only natural to feel disturbed about the exams. On the other hand, the tension of the approaching exams expectation can be reduced to the lowest notch. Stick to these rules to get rid of negative emotions.

1.Learn everything throughout the whole academic term or year. It is incomparably better to know everything beforehand and only to call to mind all knowledge before the exam;

2.Make a plan for learning. Stay away from partying. Allocating time every day for studying allows managing time properly. By the end of the preparation period a student should feel ready for the exam and confident in his/her knowledge;

3.Do not cram all the materials in a head without any structure. While learning a subject, it is advisable to make notes. It is important to project oneself into the topic, carefully read, analyze, and learn;

4.It is helpful to imagine oneself on the exam. Asking a friend to fire questions concerning the topic of the exam can be of immense help. In doing so, a student can understand which aspects of the subject he/she need to study more;

5.Finally, think of success. It is very distressing to prepare oneself for a fail in advance. Think positive and imagine the excellent results of the exam. Recall the last exam and the feeling of content that is present after successful passing.

Once the day of examination has come, make sure to follow these recommendations:

Stay calm and poise;

Wear some smart formal suit to give a pleasant impression on the examiners;

Be punctual;

Speak distinctly and to the point;

Never argue with the examiners.

The combination of all these points improves the quality of preparation and helps show best on the exam.
