Kurt Cobain was then diagnosed with bronchitis and severe laryngitis on one of the tour stop in Germany which canceled the remaining leg of the tour. His drug addiction with heroin later surfaced a few weeks after their European tour. Kurt Cobain was then rehabilitated but escaped the facility back to Seattle a week after. He was later on found dead with a self-inflicted gun shot wound in the head. He committed suicide on the 8th of April in 1994.
