subject: Pugi Hyundai's Inventory And Welcoming Nature Keeps Customers Coming Back For More [print this page]

Theres nothing more important than brand loyalty in the automotive industry just ask Toyota. Okay, that may have been a bit of a jab at the Japanese manufacturer. But can you blame me? We are seeing one of the biggest shifts in brand loyalty the auto industry has ever been part of, and it is all because of the recent recalls. Recognizing the importance of brand loyalty, other manufacturers are doing everything within their power to keep customers coming back for more especially after the meager sales results of the recent recession. Pugi Hyundai dealers are among some of the most successful marketers as of late, and a recent Kelley Blue Book study showed that it is paying off.

According to the most recent market intelligence study performed by Kelley Blue Book, Downers Grove Pugi dealers should poise themselves to rejoice: in terms of brand loyalty, Hyundai has surpassed both Honda and Toyota, solidifying the number one spot. Pugi Hyundai drivers should rejoice in their brands recent success, as it helps validate their purchase choice. It seems that Hyundai is gaining these new distinctions as part of a perfect storm that is, the introduction of new and exciting additions to the Hyundai lineup in lieu of stale products still on the market from Honda and Toyota is rejuvenating the brand

In a statement, Kelley Blue Book said, When comparing February 2010 data to Q4 2009, Korean import automaker Hyundai has seen the greatest recent increase in loyalty, with Hyundai owners looking at new models within the brand increasing by 10.4 percentage points to 56.3 percent. This surge leads Hyundai to the top spot in brand loyalty on kbb.com for the first time in recent history, up from third place in Q4 2009.

Pugi Hyundai drivers have spoken: they share one of the highest loves for their vehicles among any other brand on the market. New models like the 2011 Sonata are shaking up the marketplace by redefining the traditional minivan experience, while the 2010 Tuscon has made quite a splash of its own. In a market that has been in such desperate need of a shake up, Downers Grove Pugi dealers are certainly cleaning up. But that doesnt mean there isnt still work to be done. The recent economic problems that have plagued the corporate world (and have hit the automotive industry especially hard) mean that companies need to continue to shake things up. We will have to keep our eyes on Hyundai to make sure that the brand is doing everything it can to establish Downers Grove Pugi dealers as the premiere places to buy cars in the neighborhood.

On top of all this, it looks like Hyundai is pulling through in the numbers game. In fact, Kelly Blue Book data also confirms that Hyundai outperformed the overall car segment by a lot throughout the month of February. With Toyota dropping to number three overall in brand loyalty, it looks like the Japanese automaker has been dethroned in the midst of the economic turmoil and recall woes.
