There is a terrible crime being committed by a lot of CEOs these days. A terrible terrible crime. They completely underestimate the power of blogging and twitter and social media platforms. They fill it up with useless garbage. These people are thought leaders. Smart, driven workers who have fought their way to the top and the most important piece of wisdom they've ever tweeted is how this hotel's bathrooms are better than this other hotel's bathrooms. It's despicable. It's sickening. What's happening in the world today that even the leaders are...shall we say, mentally slacking off online? For one, it's dangerous. How is an investor supposed to take you seriously if all you blog about is what you did that day? Or even if all you blog about is working in charity? That's all fine and good, but I'd very much like to know how capable you are of running this company, sir! So, please, if you are a CEO or are going to be a CEO or WANT to be a CEO or even if you are a half-way intelligent person, please please pleeeaasse don't blog unless you have something worthwhile to say.
