A good sleep is a good antidote of stress. College life can make your sleep schedule go haywire; however, it is important that you get yourself regular sound sleep everyday.
Stress Management Tip #3:
Stress can also be due to irregular eating habits. If you are not eating well, your body may not be able to take the stressful environment or pressure and running around all day leading to stress. Eating a regular healthy diet can help get rid of some amount of stress.
Stress Management Tip #4:
One of the best ways to get rid of stress is by exercising. A half-an-hour walk in your campus or perhaps outside, watching the surroundings can be a good stress buster. Listening to your music while walking can also be relaxing.
Stress Management Tip #5:
Sometimes during stressful times, all one needs is some time off time off from homework, roommates, cell phone, or the college itself. Go out, find a quiet place and spend some time away from the stressful environment and that should immediately relieve you.
