You can post several different free ads on these sites, just make sure you follow the rules - don't spam! And make sure you don't post the same ad twice. If you have a hard time rewriting the content of the ad, get a free software program that will allow you to "spin" the content. You could for instance take one ad and spin it into 10 different ads, just make sure they are all different. Usually what I do, is I'll write three ads out that are completely different and to different markets of people, and then I'll rewrite those ads twice.
This way they will still be unique, but they still make sense. As soon as you post your free ad, you will start seeing results almost instantly. Try different sites out. When you use Awstats you can visually SEE where the traffic is coming from - a major benefit to Awstats over those "other" tracking programs!
