The way JobsForFelonsIn.com works is everybody gets to vote on available jobs in the job board and determine if that employer hires felons. Based on an over all star rating you can determine if that jobs is a possibility. Also, other felons add jobs to the board that they have previously worked at or currently work at. This allow the community to search their city and state and view ALL the jobs in their area that have a high success rate of employment.
