It started of well but within minutes my legs were burning. The start of the run has a steady incline for about half a mile, which I put the burn down to. At the end of the run I was disappointed to see the time as 26:09, but then thinking of the abuse' I gave my legs over the last 48hrs it is hardly surprising I was slow. Wednesday turned into the usual rest day and Thursday was football. In the evening I didn't feel like training, as my legs were aching, plus this weekend was going to be our first proper weekend in the field with a 4 mile booted run. Instead I went to the gym for a Jacuzzi and Sauna. I got changed went out to the spa area to find the Jacuzzi was broken.
