The common trait among all forms of vitamin B, however, is that they all seem to have an indirect or direct effect on reducing anxiety and helping to calm the mind and body. For this reason, if you are taking supplements, it makes sense to take a quality vitamin B complex supplement rather than buying each vitamin B supplement individually.

Taking supplements with food, instead of by themselves, is also helpful. Taking them with food helps in the digestive process and ensures that the vitamins are more easily absorbed into the body.
