It is very possible to improve your functional strength, speed, flexibility and stamina without going to a gym or using weights or machines. Personally I'm a bit biased because I've exercised like this since I was a child. I lift weights at least 5 times per week but that's because I'm a competitive power lifter. If I didn't compete in weight lifting I would not lift weights at all. I would simply use the exercises in the Gama Fitness system to keep my body health, strong, lean, and fit. It is my belief that anyone who wants to be their best physically could benefit from this program. It does not matter if you want to lose weight, get stronger for a particular sport or simply be in good shape, this system will work for you.

One of the best things about exercising in this manner is the lack of obstacles. You don't need equipment, or a gym, just a small space in your living room or bedroom and you've got all you need. I sometimes like doing the exercises at the park or at the gym. It's always amazing to me when I see the looks on some people's faces at the gym when after a chest workout I start performing hindu pushups. I always smile internally because I can tell what they're thinking. But if they only knew how powerful these were and how the contributed to my overall strength and development. It must work because I've been competing in power lifting since 1998 and I've never lost a competition.
