When these steroids are applied directly to the inner ear, tinnitus could be lessened. Perhaps one of the most warranted medication combinations is through lidocaine and dexamethasone, which could be applied through inner ear perfusion. One study revealed that 83% of their patients who experienced ear fullness and dizziness had felt some relief through the drug combination.
