Skinny Guys and Hardgainers Don't Have to Be Anymore - Gain 40 Lbs of Muscle

Hardgainers and skinny guys out there dont have to be worried about taking their shirts off at the beach. You to can get a muscular defined body quickly. Its really not impossible for you to have gained up to 40lbs of rock hard muscles in as little as six months. You need to really do a few things differently than you are right now. Everything from your eating habits to the way you workout may need to be tweaked. Lets start with the basics of good nutrition.

Your diet is extremely important to hardgainers, you will honestly never gain 40lbs of rock hard muscle without firsts understanding that what you put into your body is what you will get out of your body. You need to ensure that you are eating enough food, but not simply eating highly fattening foods. Eat things like high quality protein and bright vegetables. I am not going to get into the exact diet plans here, there are a ton of places online to understand that. What you do need to understand though is you will need to eat 6 times a day and high quality foods, so start becoming very good friends with your kitchen. Because your kitchen is a huge key to you changing from a hardgainer and skinny guy to a muscular dude that the ladies are checking out at the beach.

To really get muscular the first key is to get strong. You will never get muscular by doing leg extensions and arm curls. You need to do things like squats, benchpress, overhead press, deadlifts, rows and dont forget about bodyweight exercises. In fact my opinion is that if you dont master the bodyweight exercises you really shouldn't be focusing on how much you can bench press and things like that. Truly the key to your exercising program is doing compound exercises. These are exercises that use more than one muscle group. All the exercises that I had mentioned before fall into that category. If you center your strength training routine around these you will be on your way. Check out www.internethealthandfitnessdatabase.com for more details.

Please don't think that your journey to muscular is paved along the supplement route. You surely don't have to pack your body with supplements. I do endorse using two supplements, a good whey powder used right after your workouts and a high quality creatine. Creatine should be used everyday, with or without the workout. Think of this as more of a boost than anything else.

Skinny guys and hardgainer, I know its a hard road to the top. But trust me it's not as long as you may think. Within 6 months if you follow the right direction you will be well on the way to a very muscular frame.
