Another way to drive traffic to your blog is by using social marketing. Facebook and Twitter, just to name two, are very popular right now. The reason? Facebook has over 400 million members and is now stronger than Google Adword and Twitter has around 150 million members.
Both together, you reach half a billion people to advertise to. That over 5 times Google traffic. In other words : ''that' a lot of prospects to sell to.''. You can use plug-ins to tell your followers or friends that you have a blog and a new post.
What is the relation between these two social sites and a blog? There are two reasons, main reasons. The first one is if you are a member of one or both, you can let your friends and/or followers know you have a blog or you have a new post.
