The other healthy changes one can make would include eating lean meats, vegetables, fruits and whole grains. Of course, cutting out sugar and "junk" food would be a given here. Drinking lots of water and cutting out sodas would help you with weight loss as well. Also, by eating smaller bites and chewing slower you can eat less and feel satisfied.
Of course, with any healthydiet plans to lose weightyou would have to include some exercise. Before you balk, let me clarify what I mean by this. I don't necessarily mean changing your whole life and exercising 2 hours a day. I mean including it into your already busy schedule. How can you do this and go to work and take care of the kids?
