Over the years BlackBerry has been well received for the flexibility it offers. Push mail, easy access to phone book contacts, most of it as easily available. BlackBerry is powerful, smart and a very helpful device.

Over the years I've always been using Apple, HTC, Nokia, SonyEricsson so I finally decided to have a g at BlackBerry. I was lucky enough to get my hands on BlackBerry latest mobile phone that being the BlackBerry torch.

Very first feeling of the BlackBerry Torch 9800 is that it's smooth, neat, well-crafted and looks rich. The blackish chrome like appearance draws ones attention, oh yeah it's a BlackBerry after all;)

Let us now glance through the BlackBerry Torch Specs:-

The Torch 9800 has dimensions of111 x 62 x 14.6 mm and weighs just 161 grams. It has a16 million rich 3.2 inches TFT capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 360 x 480 pixels. The display is bright and crisp and everything can be read clearly. However, the screen isn't as rich and vibrant like that of the iPhone.

The presence of a QWERTY keyboard below the screen is a blessing. It's well laid out and is typing is quite convenient. There's an Optical Trackpad as well on the 9800 Torch, however I wouldn't have had this

Keeping in mind one can easily find their way around by simply using the touchscreen, nonetheless; it's still there J

I've not used the camera a lot, but from what I've heard and read is its average and nothing too great.
