Will.I.Am, Apl.De.Ap, Taboo and Fergie, together known as Black Eyed Peas, is one of the most famous hip hop bands in all of America. Having started out in Los Angeles, now they are known worldwide and they have ranked 12th in Billboard's Decade-End Chart artist of the decade and 7th in Hot 100 Artists of the decade.

The successful single "Where is the love?" with two Grammy nominations for record of the year and best rap/sung collaboration, reached well into the Top 10 at #8 and even managed to grab the #1 spot in UK and Australia. It was the Black Eyed peas' first venture into the top 10 spot.

The album also features one of the Black Eyed Peas' most successful singles ever, "Shut Up", which rose to the top in the Australian charts and reached number two in UK. Soon, the Elephunk Tour began as they went around the world, performing in many places and promoting the album.

Their fourth album was "Monkey Business" in which the group turned to pop from soul. Having sold a whopping 10 million copies worldwide, the album was declared 3x-platinum and it also reached the number 2 spot on the US Billboard 200 albums chart. It also has 4 Grammy award nominations to its name.

The single "Don't phunk with my heart" won the Grammy award for best rap performance by a duo or group. It was also the second ever single which reached into the top 10 singles chart in the US after the success of "Where is my love?"

The E.N.D. (The Energy Never Dies) is the fifth album of the peas. The theme of the album is more inspirational so as to be appealing to the new generation. It is the peas' most successful album yet. With three of the singles of the same album, "Boom Boom Pow", "I Gotta feeling" and "Imma Be" having topped the Billboard Hot 100, the Black eyed peas have created a record. Over 7 million copies have been sold till date all over the world.
