subject: The Sony Ericsson Xperia X10. Premium Smartphone! [print this page]

Sony Ericsson have been running advertising campaigns on many of there top phones lately, but the one that stands out for me is the more distinguished Sony Ericsson Xperia X10. As well as having a highly receptive 4inch touch screen, high speed internet and an 8.1 mega pixel camera, this elegant, tasteful phone holds within it some impressive little surprises, such as the Timescape and Mediascape features which will both be featured in my article. This model comes in two irresistible colours, Sensuous Black and Luster White, and the phones sophisticated and professional appearance remain unchanged in either of these colours.

The Xperia X10 carries a lot of weight on its shoulders being the first Android Smartphone produced by Sony Ericsson, and it holds itself remarkably well in a market where Smartphones set the standard. Android is a software which includes a high calibre operating system, MultiTouch, and also some essential applications for your device. The Android Market offers an assortment of applications for you to choose and download to completely customise your phone to suit you and your lifestyle.

If you are like me, you would like your phone to be practical and easy to navigate, whilst still up to date with all of the latest technology. With the Xperia X10 you are in luck as it has all three of these attributes.

My example of the phones practicality is for me one of the phones biggest selling points. Sony Ericssons Timescape provides the handsets user with all the communication options they would ever need, all under one umbrella and at the prod of a digit. Hit the link and a page is displayed, from here you can view updates and review your conversations, you can access Facebook, make tweets, send messages and emails, and make calls. Keeping up with your friends, making plans and staying in touch has never been easier. Timescape is an impressive addition and will no doubt be a hit for those of you with a busy social schedule.

My next example is of the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10s easy navigation. Sony Ericsson Mediascape, much like the Timescape feature, takes all of your media and bundles it into one easily accessed programme. Whether you are looking to download videos from YouTube using the X10s broadband speed connection, or simply listen to some tunes via the walkman, Mediascape has it all! You have options when it comes to memory for media storage, with micro SDs available up to 16GB.

Well to illustrate the phones ability to keep up with other handsets on the market where technology is concerned, the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 has an impressive 8.1 mega pixel camera with a digital zoom of 16x. This camera has smile detection and even instant send to web for swift uploads to YouTube and personal blogs. The Xperia also has a face recognition feature which allows you make calls to friends and family by simply pressing there face in an image you may have stored on your phone.

For me the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 will have no problem standing up to other phones of similar spec which are currently available. It is suitable for all, whether you take advantage of its powerful Android operating system for web surfing and downloads, or use it to take charge of your social life and keep up to date with friends and family, the X10 is easy to use and would benefit any lifestyle.
