- Drink water!!! Water cleanses out the body and satisfies thirst without adding any additional calories. It helps keep you full throughout the day, which keeps you from eating so much.

-Cardio!!! Cardiovascular exercises are great for fat loss. The reason is because cardio exercises raise the heart rate and keep it up even after you finish workout. This helps to raise your metabolism so you can keep burning fat all day long.

- Weight training!!! Have you ever heard that saying "muscle burns fat". That statement is so true. Muscle is the "metabolizer" of fat in the body. Studies have shown that people with more muscle naturally burn more calories on a daily basis.

So, one main reason that so many people are overweight is because of a lack of proper diet and nutrition and lack of exercising. In order to see the fat melt away from your body you need to do some weight training, cardio, and healthy eating on a regular basis. So don't get left behind!
