Thank you for your interest in me and my desire to earn money from home. It has long been my wish to not just make money but to learn about online marketing.I consider myself an intelligent person who sometimes makes wrong decisions. By making that simple statement should prove that I am not one for following. I love to lead. I am neither egotistical nor conceited. But in order to be a leader, one must have knowledge. Knowledge is king not power. Making that sometimes wrong decision had led me to my current situation. My situation also affects what I can and can't do in regards to online marketing. My situation also affects you and your desire to enlist me into your down line.
I must first state that I am not a total "Newbie" to Business Ideas and Opportunities Several years ago I belonged to a major MLM. At first thing worked out pretty good. I even managed to attend a major company conference in Dallas. It was here that I learned I would have to spend thousands of dollars to obtain the financial freedom I wanted. My mere hundreds would not make my online job a success. Needless to say it left a bitter taste in my mouth. It also left me with a plethora of health and wellness products in my home and in the homes of the few friends and family that I had. Few means 3 total family members and 4 trusted friends. I also belonged to another smaller MLM but dropped out of it because my 9-5 job took up too much time and a general dislike of the company's practices.
I left the internet marketing arena to and went back to a "regular" job with a lot of hours and not much pay. I succumbed to that fear that most people have when starting an Online Business. Actually it was two fears; the fear of being scammed and the fear of not making any money. I became complacent in the knowledge of the small but guaranteed paycheck. I listened to my friends and family who told me that I was wasting time and money. I also listened to their dissatisfaction of the products I enticed them to purchase. I put Internet Marketing in the back of my head and covered it up with layers of myths and negative testimonials.
Then, several months ago, I had major knee surgery which put me laid up and in the house for several months. After signing up for almost 50 fantasy football leagues and watching too much TV, I suddenly found myself looking at my spam e-mails. I don't know how some of those messages got there. I was aware of most of the opt-in tactics that make a person a lead. Apparently I wasn't and fell for the kind of practices that has Online Business Owners emailing or calling a person when they have no idea how the marketer got their address or email. I again failed to watch for the obvious signs when a person fills in their name, number and email on a form. When purchasing something they accidentally leave that little box checked. Since it did happen I would; or so I thought, look into this Online Business thing once again.
I fell for a marketing plan that I thought was going to help me understand websites. I was looking for a little website development coupled with a marketing scheme that would bring in well needed cash. I wanted something that was not going to bleed me dry of my sacramental dollars. I found a plan that called for me to have a website up quickly and if the guidelines were followed, I would be "making bank" in a short amount of time. Yes, I officially became an Internet Marketer. The problem was; as you Mr. /Mrs. /Ms. Marketer well know, that it does require a certain amount "Initial Investment" to make a business successful. My program, which quoted as making money in little or no time at all, required me to pay for some top dollar services. These services, when applied, further guaranteed my success.
That leads me up to the present day and the purpose of this letter. You see, I am unemployed. Unemployed and in physical therapy from the surgery (the government took care of expenses). I am also a single parent. So, these services were unobtainable with my current status. The more I progress in the "Plan", the more it requires money from me. When I search for alternative services, they offer only "demo" or limited time for such services. I am left in the middle of a marketing quandary. My hope of success relies primarily on my tenacious perseverance and the power of the internet. You see I have a website (the free one as promised) with the free Marketing services allowed on the site and only a monthly hosting fee as a reoccurring bill. That is what I call "Tight" with my money. Money that I really don't have and should not spend (The monthly fee would pay for a couple gallons of milk, a case of ramen noodles or 4 boxes of Mac and Cheese). I don't even have a bank account. I am not on disability, receive unemployment benefits or on a pension plan or receive child support. I don't do anything illegal or unethical. I make money by doing side jobs here and there and with help from my still loving family.
So, "To Whom It May Concern", you can now see my plight and possibly the plight of others. What you don't see is my tenacious desire to succeed with a Business Opportunity website. If it fails so be it. I have made a concrete vow to succeed somewhere in the Home Business and Opportunities industry. I have found a few services that have helped and only require me to constantly use manual operations myself. I have always been willing to learn. I am coachable and am willing to take the time necessary to accomplish goals. I am taking this process very slow, methodical and with great passion. Again, I say knowledge is power. I am seeking knowledge from any source I can find. I just have to find it differently than most. I cannot pay for the Shortcut to Success as many Entrepreneurs preach.
That also leaves us to where you and I are now. It is a common practice to use certain grammatical errors on certain incentive words. Is this practice necessary for you to generate your income? Or are you up front with a huge amount to start that makes one wonder why even bother spending that much. Is it the fee that scares away most people? Is it the fee that only the rich can afford or are that gullible to learn how to be even wealthier? Are you the one who will keep calling (I don't like answer phone numbers I don't recognize and have a short temper with callers who think they have a solution but I release some of my miniscule budget)? I want to succeed in a Home Business and I don't mind helping someone make money off of my efforts? Don't get me wrong. I know some money has to be involved or else it wouldn't be a Business Opportunity. I am just looking for the right one or someone who can work with me in regard to their services.
Keeping all this information in mind, my new goal has been to use resources I find for free that are hidden in many Online Professional's existing marketing campaigns. I have found them to be invaluable in my own quest for a successful Home Business. I also intend to promote these free items to other newcomers who suffer from the same dilemma that I am in. So I do Thank You in that one respect. I have also found others who have been honestly helpful in my pursuit as well as others would like to suppress what I do with their own policy violations. But I find all of these obstructions to good learning tools and pass this on to others. Again, and finally I must truly Thank You for the experience.
